the location is central near lime street station. plenty of restaurants are nearby. i found it convenient to walk to most attractions.
the room lacked natural light since it was located underground it felt a bit enclosed.

the room was spacious and clean. it provided good facilities for a comfortable stay. i found the beds very comfortable and appreciated the easy access to the city centre. the check-in process was simple and efficient with helpful staff.
i noticed noise from the ventilation outlet. this was a minor inconvenience.

The staff was really friendly and helpful upon my arrival. My room had a good-sized kitchen and a lounge area (perfect for unwinding). The location was ideal. It was just a short walk to the city center.
The room was quite warm. There was no air conditioning. Only a small fan was available, not sufficient. The bathroom towel holder came off the wall (a bit inconvenient).
